Terms of Service

By accessing or using VoyagerOS ("the Service"), operated by VortexCones, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

VoyagerOS grants your agency a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for managing your travel business operations, subject to your active subscription. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without written agreement
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code
• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or rate limits

You retain ownership of all data you enter into VoyagerOS — customer records, bookings, quotations, and packages. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data and for obtaining any consents required from your own customers.

Access to VoyagerOS is billed on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VortexCones does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VortexCones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, VoyagerOS.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders, with the effective date reflected at the top of this page.
